چکیده

As artificial intelligence becomes a pervasive tool for the billions of IoT (Internet things) devices at edge, data movement bottleneck imposes severe limitations on performance and autonomy these systems. PiM (processing-in-memory) is emerging as way mitigating while satisfying stringent performance, energy efficiency, accuracy requirements edge imaging applications that rely CNNs (convolutional neural networks).
